Your error will be clear once you read Chaitin's book "Quest for Omega". You will not be able to find such a real number 0.c1c2c3... in finite time. Chjaitin constructs a hypothetical real number that contains all knowledge-- this obviously can't be done. The problem is even worse: we have no way to represent a random real number.
