UTXO is a bad name. I know it’s not your fault that it was chosen. Your example with bills clearly illustrates that bill would have been a better name. Any term like “bundle”, “package”, or even “packet” would be better. Another bad term is “spendable transaction”. A transaction means that some spending has occurred.
