I largely agree with the points of the article. I’m a programmer myself: never liked the SCRUM meetings. I never talk to the team-mates, but to the scrum master — there’s no pretending about that. The best work happens when you can talk to your co-workers by ad-hoc basis. And, you almost never need to talk to more than one coworker at a time. The walking meeting suggestis is good: I have done it a lot, on the way to lunch.
